Limited Lifetime Warranty:

At Willer Windows and Doors, we are proud of the quality and workmanship of our windows and doors. We are pleased to offer you the following "Limited Lifetime Warranty" on our products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship that significantly impair their proper operation for the lifetime of your home if you own it.

Coverage:

This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser for as long as they own and occupy their single-family home. Plus, we will cover the second owner for two years. All residential vinyl windows and doors are subject to the terms and conditions stated herein and are subject to change without notice. Willer Windows and Doors will warrant under the conditions of normal use and service.

Note: The warranty however does not cover windows and doors that are sold for the following use: commercial buildings, multi-family housing or any type of new construction installation in tract housing. Products used in these types of environment will be warranted for up to 5 years from the original purchase date only.

Material and Components:

Willer Windows and Doors warrants that all vinyl windows and sliding glass
doors, including mechanical parts, hardware and insulated glass will be free from
defects such as blistering, peeling, flaking, rotting or corrosion. No material obstruction of vision on the internal surfaces of the insulated glass unit. Component parts will be free from any manufacturing defects.

Note: If your products have any of these defects as stated above the complaint will be valid only If the original receipt is present. A new replacement part will be provided upon original receipt for the original part only. We reserve the right to require return of defective part(s).

Exclusions from Covered Warranty:

Every effort is made to ensure that your new windows and doors remain trouble free year after year. Some items are beyond Willer Window's control and are not included in such warranty. This warranty does not include:

1. Component failure due to improper installation and improper maintenance.

2. Small scratches, marks, and any other minor imperfection in the glass or vinyl, if tints or films have been applied, alterations and broken glass.

3. Damages caused by "Acts of God" hurricanes, fires, earthquake, floods, and wind.

4. Failures due to product modifications or window shading devices.

5. Corrosion of hardware, vandalism, neglect, abuse and storage.

6. Chemical burns, yellowing due to application of harmful chemicals; acetone, thinner, abrasive compounds, cleaning solutions etc.

7. Incidental or consequential damage.

8. Normal wear and tear which includes natural weathering of exterior finishes including Color Finishes.

Remedy:

Willer Windows and Doors reserves the right to determine after careful inspection whether the merchandise can be liable for warranty. This is based on what has been mentioned and all products will be inspected by our professional staff, in order to provide the customer, the best possible way to be satisfied with our products. Willer Windows and Doors shall not be responsible for any improper use of products sold, or any violation of Federal local Safety Regulation, Guidelines or Laws related to their use.

Note: If there are defects in any of our windows and doors that may have been overlooked by our staff, it is strongly recommended that the customer informs Willer Windows and Doors as soon as possible to file a damage claim and avoid any possible injuries or property damage. Customers MUST INSPECT product at pick up time. This warranty is valid only in the U.S. applicable in California State only.
